What is VT?

We have a team of over 25+ Black Diamonds who have built their businesses on the very same framework we have provided within R3GlobalVT. Whether you are new to MonaVie or a seasoned distributor, we are committed to helping you grow your business.

 
Why should I join the R3Global Membership Program?

The R3Global Membership Program is customized to meet the needs of the MonaVie distributor making it easier to stay connected to the latest Teaching and Training, Inspiration and Business Practice tools available. R3Global has assembled audio and video training together from the leading MonaVie Black Diamonds and provided this information within the VT portal. Use R3GlobalVT along with the resources available will help you stay connected.

 
How do I sign up for R3GlobalVT?

Simply logon to http://www.r3globalvt.com and click on the sign up button found in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Fill in the requested information and submit. You will receive an email verifying your enrollment into the R3Global membership program.

 
What is the cost for joining R3Global's Membership Program?

At this time, there are four levels of membership. R3Global members enjoy huge savings for membership to the R3GlobalVT site. R3Global preferred pricing:

  • Basic - $14.95/month, valued at $54/month
  • Enhanced - $24.95/month, valued at $78/month
  • Premium - $49.95/month, valued at $100/month
  • Premium Plus - $99.95/month, valued at $178/month
 
Are all the services available on the R3GlobalVT site?

All the site features are up and running. We will constantly be adding new and additional tools and resources. Monthly, new Advanced Teaching and Training tools will be provided as well as a number of other features to keep you up to date with all the industry latest trends and tools.

 
If I am currently a member to VMS, do I need to cancel my VMS membership to join R3GlobalVT?

All VMS membership subscribers will automatically be transferred over to the R3GlobalVT Enhanced Membership. There is no additional cost for this service. Use your existing user name and password to gain access. You can upgrade your membership level to one of the Premium service plans at any time to receive additional value added features to your plan.

 
How do I share the information provided on the R3GlobalVT site with other distributors?

Refer new distributors to http://www.brighart.com or to http://www.r3globalvt.com. New distributors are encouraged to join at the Basic membership level for their first month to gain access to the Get Started and 12-day Bootcamp training resources. Once complete, additional teaching, training and motivational tools are available for a nominal monthly fee.

 
Will there still be teaching, training and motivational tools available on Brighart.com?

Moving forward, new tools will be added to the R3GlobalVT site. Likewise, the teaching, training and motivational tools currently found on Brighart.com will be moved to the R3GlobalVT site.

 
What additional resources do I get with a Premium membership plan on the R3GlobalVT site?

Each month, R3GlobalVT will provide new Advanced Teaching and Training Resources to help new and established distributors grow their MonaVie business. Focusing on distributor retention, strategic planning, meeting management and more, distributors will have access to NEW video training materials.

 
When will I receive my membership card?

Your membership card will be mailed to the address provided within 15 business days.

 
How many cards will I receive?

Your membership entitles you to two membership cards per couple. Partner and/or spouse name should be included in the initial registration to receive adequate membership cards.

 
What can I use the card for?

Use the cards at the R3Global Store for access to special store offers. Premium membership entitles card members to use the cards for Priority Seating and Fast Pass access at all R3Global Hosted Events.

 
What do I do if I did not receive my email with my user name and password verification?

The reward certificate email is a generated automatically based on the request. Some email providers will block automatically generated emails to protect their users from SPAM. Sometimes the reward certificate email will be discarded before it gets to your account, and sometimes it will be redirected to your junk folder.

I didn't receive my verification email and I have an AOL email address.

Under AOL SPAM Settings, there is a section for "Control Who I Get Mail From". If you only allow mail from AOL members or from your sender list, you will not receive emails from R3GlobalVT. Either add the following email to your sender list or set it to "allow mail from all senders". support@r3global.com

 
What if I do not have an AOL account but would like to add R3GlobalVT to my safe list?

Each email provider has different steps to add an address to the safe list. Most email providers have a help function where you can find the safe list, spam options, etc...

 
What is the Refund and Cancellation Policy?

There is no long-term commitment and you may cancel at any time. To cancel your account, you log into your account and click the link for 'My Profile'. From there, you will click the link that says 'Membership Info' (which is located right under the words 'My Account & Settings'). You will see a box towards the bottom of the page when it will allow you to cancel your membership at any time. Membership fees are non-refundable.
